Live betting picks for the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and more
Live betting picks are picks made while the game is being played. Second Line Bets sends them as alerts (the side, the number, the book and a suggested stake) at the moment the number is worth taking, and grades every one in public. Live now: NFL, College football, MLB and NHL.

What a live pick tells you
The side and the number to take, the book posting it, the price, a suggested stake in units and one plain line of why. Some picks carry a short window because the number tends to move; late is not a discount.
One position per market per game. When the number moves after you are in, you get an update on the same pick, not a second ticket.
Why live
A line set before kickoff knows nothing about the game. Once it starts, every score, turnover and injury moves the number. Live picks are for the moments when a number is worth taking.

Questions
What is live betting?
Betting on a game while it is being played. The spread, the total, the moneyline and player props keep moving with the score and the clock, and you bet at the number posted at that moment.
Are live betting picks better than pregame picks?
Neither is better by default. A live number can be worth taking for a short window as the game changes; that window is what live picks are for. Judge any service by its public record.
How fast should I bet a live pick?
Right away. Some picks carry a short window; if the number has moved by the time you get to it, skip it rather than chase it.
Which sports do you cover?
The NFL, college football, the NBA, MLB, the NHL, college basketball and the Premier League, each as it opens. Each sport keeps its own record.
Do you place bets for me?
No. Second Line Bets is an analytics service, not a sportsbook. You place every bet yourself, at your own book; we never touch your sportsbook account.
Is it legal?
Using a betting analytics service is legal. Sports betting itself is legal for adults in many US states and not in others, so know the wagering laws where you are; 21+. Second Line Bets never takes a bet: you place every bet yourself with a licensed sportsbook.
How do I know the record is real?
Every pick is timestamped and written to the record before members see it, and graded once the game ends, losers included. Nothing is edited after the fact. The record page and the daily results pages list every settled pick.
