What this is. Second Line Bets is an analytics and information service. We publish probabilities, rankings and grades for in-play sports betting markets, and a public record of our published positions. We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, broker or see wagers, and we never hold or access your sportsbook accounts.

No guarantee. Nothing on this service is a guarantee of profit or a recommendation that any wager is suitable for you. Historical returns are backtests at posted prices or a live record graded at posted prices; the price you obtain, and whether a book accepts your wager, are yours alone. Past results do not predict future results. You can lose money.

Eligibility. You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for sports wagering where you live, if higher) and located where sports wagering is lawful. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws that apply to you. We may refuse or close accounts where we cannot be satisfied of this.

Membership and billing. Paid plans are billed in advance by Stripe, monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period; no partial refunds except where required by law. Plan switches are prorated by Stripe.

Your account. One person per account (DESK seats as stated on the plan). Do not share, resell or redistribute picks, the board or the member feeds. Automated access is limited to the member API where your plan includes it.

Your ledger. Fills you log are self-reported and are yours. We use them, in aggregate and anonymised, to measure obtainability. Close your account and we delete your profile and ledger the same day.

Liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of this service, including wagering losses, missed prices, delays, outages or errors in data from third parties (sportsbooks, data providers, leagues).

Changes. We may change these terms; material changes are notified by email before they take effect.
