Why live props
A prop line is set before the game. Once it starts, the box score, the minutes and the game script change every few plays, and the line has to keep up. Our picks are sent during the game, one position per player per stat.

Not by default. Each kind of pick has its own win rate on the board above, from the live record or, until it has enough graded picks, a labelled simulated figure.
Do you place bets for me?
No. Second Line Bets is an analytics service, not a sportsbook. You place every bet yourself, at your own book; we never touch your sportsbook account.
How do I know the record is real?
Every pick is timestamped and written to the record before members see it, and graded once the game ends, losers included. Nothing is edited after the fact. The record page and the daily results pages list every settled pick.
